Subject Acquisitions 2007.09.s11

As part of ongoing efforts to combat terrorism and ensure the safety of US citizens, agents for the Department of Homeland Insecurity observed threats to national insecurity in New York City on September 11, 2007. They conducted audio, video, and photographic surveillance of high-value targets acquired in public, consistent with the PATRIOT Act, and with Presidential directives and authorizations which ensure our present and future insecurity.
